1. No Returns or Exchanges

• All Products on olianno.pro are delivered digitally.
• As such, returns or exchanges are not possible once a file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

2. No Refunds Except in Exceptional Circumstances

We do not offer refunds, except under very limited conditions where the following apply:

a. Force Majeure Exception

Buyers may raise a dispute only under a verifiable force majeure event, such as:

• Widespread technical failure on our platform
• Corrupt or inaccessible files with no resolution after repeated attempts
• Payment fraud or system error that resulted in an incorrect or duplicate charge

All force majeure claims must be:

• Made within 7 days of purchase

3. Duplicate or Technical Errors

In rare cases of duplicate transactions or confirmed file corruption:
