These Payment Terms apply to all transactions made on olianno.pro. By purchasing or selling digital products through the platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers to ensure maximum security.

We do not store or process full card details on our servers.

2. Currency

• The default currency for all listings and transactions on olianno.pro is the Euro (€).
• Users may view and pay in other supported currencies, depending on availability and system configuration.
• Currency conversion rates are determined by the payment provider at the time of checkout and may include a small conversion fee.

3. Payment Timing

• Payment is required at the time of purchase.
• Orders will not be fulfilled or downloadable until full payment is received and confirmed.
• Sellers will be credited after a holding/processing period defined in the Seller Policy.

4. Taxes

• Prices displayed may or may not include VAT or sales tax, depending on your location and applicable tax laws.
• Where required, olianno.pro will calculate and collect applicable taxes at checkout and remit them accordingly.

5. Refunds and Disputes

Due to the digital nature of products, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be granted only in limited circumstances:

• Duplicate or accidental purchases
• Inaccessible or corrupted files

To request a refund, contact info@olianno.pro within 7 days of purchase. Disputes for unauthorized charges should be directed to your payment provider.

6. Seller Payouts

• Seller earnings are credited to their olianno.pro account and paid out via supported withdrawal methods (as defined in the Seller Policy).
• Payouts are made in Euros, unless otherwise agreed.
• Payouts are subject to a commission fee and may be delayed due to transaction reviews, disputes, or fraud checks.

7. Security and Compliance

• All payment processing complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
• olianno.pro and its processors meet PSD2 and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements, where applicable.

8. Changes to Payment Terms

olianno.pro reserves the right to update these Payment Terms at any time. Continued use of the site and its services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
